Privacy Policy

Applies to the iRing mobile app and web service.

Zetty Factory (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information iRing collects, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Service nature & children’s information

iRing is a planner for parents and caregivers to manage a child’s schedules, memos, and school documents. The service is not designed for children under 14 to sign up on their own. Information about a child (name, grade, school, birthday, photos, etc.) is entered by the caregiver account holder.

3. Information we collect

  • Account — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive identifiers, email (if provided), display name, and profile photo URL (if provided) via Firebase Authentication.
  • Child profiles — Name, grade, school, birthday, and profile photos you add.
  • Schedules, memos & documents — Event details, supplies, notes, attached photos, and school document files and metadata.
  • Family sharing — Invited caregiver email addresses, roles, and invite acceptance records.
  • Notifications — FCM device tokens and your notification preferences.
  • Subscriptions & points — Pro subscription status, store transaction identifiers (for verification), and in-app points/reward records.
  • Optional Google Calendar — OAuth tokens and calendar data when you enable sync.
  • AI schedule import — Images you upload (e.g. school notices) are processed via Cloud Functions to extract schedule text (see Third parties).
  • Device & app diagnostics — App version, OS, crash reports (Crashlytics), and usage analytics (e.g. login, screen views, schedule creation).
  • Local storage — Theme and UI preferences may be stored on your device.

4. How we use information

  • Provide scheduling, memos, documents, and family sharing
  • Send local and push notifications
  • Authenticate accounts and operate the service securely
  • Verify Pro subscriptions and sync billing status
  • Grant points after optional rewarded ads
  • Improve stability and quality (error analysis)
  • Respond to support requests

5. Retention & deletion

Synced data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Authentication) while you use the service. We delete data when you delete it in the app or when you request account deletion, except where backup or legal retention applies.

  • Individual items — Deleting a child, schedule, memo, or document in the app removes it from Firestore/Storage.
  • Full account deletion — Email [email protected] to request deletion of your Firebase account and associated cloud data.
  • Local data — Uninstalling the app removes local files and settings on your device.

6. Third-party services

We use the following to run iRing. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics (project: airing-iring)
  • Google Sign-In · Sign in with Apple
  • Google Play · Apple App Store — subscriptions
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — optional rewarded ads
  • Google Calendar API — optional calendar sync
  • Google AI (Gemini, etc.) — processes uploaded images only to extract schedule text for AI import

Data may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates. See Google’s and Apple’s privacy policies for their practices.

7. Advertising

Non‑Pro users may see rewarded ads to earn points. AdMob may process device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. We do not sell personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising profiles.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings. Contact: [email protected]

9. Security

We use Firebase security rules, HTTPS, and authentication. Family sharing limits access to invited caregivers only.

10. Changes

We may update this page when laws or the service change. Material updates may be communicated in the app or on this page.
